Below is a screen-shot taken of one of the many video clips. This gives you an idea of the page appearance, and the size of the clip (which can "break-out" of the frame and expand to full-screen size). Notice the menu on the left, and also part of it shown in the "Index" below the video. There are audio and video controls. The "Scroll Next" will take the viewer to the next clip in logical sequence. Each video clip is accompanied by a text description, and a sound clip explanation with tips from Coach Gels.
